Frequently asked questions
Only once the host approves. With “Instant rental”, straight away when you rent. After that monthly on the 1st — automatically via Stripe.
Tap “Give notice” in “My rentals”. You’ll see the exact end date straight away; the notice period always runs to the end of a month.
Publicly we only show the location to within ±200 m. The address and access code appear when your rental starts.
Anything listed under “Suitable for” in the listing. No hazardous materials, no living in the space, and no business use without the host’s approval.
10% commission on the monthly rent. Renters pay 5% service fee on top. Listing is free.
